If you're not familiar with it, Joseph predicted 7 years of famine by interpreting the dreams of the Pharaoh.

Cat: Hmm siguro. Bakit?
Bert: Eh kasi tingnan mo Pa-Men. (Famine!)

Bert: Ang Pharaoh (fey-row) magaling magdahilan noh?
Cat: Syempre Pharaoh eh.
Bert: Oo nga... PERO ng PERO eh.
